Welcome to MIF Shuddh Bazar. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products and related services. By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. About MIF Shuddh Bazar

MIF Shuddh Bazar is an online store offering products under categories that may include cold-pressed oils, natural wellness products, herbal/personal-care products, nutritional products and other products displayed on the website. The specifications, ingredients, quantity, directions, warnings and intended use of each product are provided on the relevant product page and/or product packaging.

3. Eligibility

   By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. Where a product is subject to any age, usage or other legal restriction, the customer is responsible for complying with the applicable requirements.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, quantities, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, product photographs are for representation purposes, and minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging, label design or presentation may occur. For natural products, normal variations in colour, aroma, texture or consistency may occur between batches due to the characteristics of natural ingredients and are not necessarily indications of a defect. The information on the website should be read together with the information, instructions and warnings provided on the actual product packaging.

5. Prices and Taxes

All product prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR). Unless stated otherwise, the price shown at checkout will include applicable taxes as required by law. Shipping or other applicable charges, if any, will be disclosed before the completion of  purchase. We reserve the right to change product prices, offers and discounts prospectively without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order already successfully confirmed, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is considered accepted when we confirm or begin processing it. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including due to:

• product unavailability;

• incorrect pricing or product information;

• incomplete or incorrect customer details;

• suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;

• delivery limitations;

• regulatory restrictions; or

• technical errors.

If we cancel a prepaid order after successful payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Payments

Payments may be accepted through the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other methods supported by our authorised payment service provider. Online payments may be processed by a third-party payment gateway/payment service provider. Such payment processing may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and security procedures. MIF Shuddh Bazar does not require customers to disclose OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or banking passwords to our staff. A payment being debited does not by itself guarantee order acceptance where the transaction has not been successfully confirmed to us.

8. Failed, Pending or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails but money is debited from the customer's account, the amount may be automatically reversed by the bank/payment provider according to applicable banking timelines. If a customer believes that payment has been debited more than once for the same order, the customer should contact us with the Order ID and transaction details. Verified duplicate payments will be handled in accordance with applicable payment-provider procedures.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to serviceable locations within India according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times displayed or communicated by us are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, natural events, public holidays, remote locations, regulatory restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number. Our detailed shipping charges, dispatch practices and delivery terms are provided separately in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

10. Cancellation, Return and Refund

Order cancellation, replacement, return and refund requests are governed by our separate Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. Because some products may be food, edible oils, personal-care, herbal or other hygiene-sensitive consumables, eligibility for return may depend on the nature and condition of the product and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy that a consumer is entitled to under applicable law. Approved online-payment refunds will ordinarily be processed through the payment system and returned to the original payment method, subject to banking/payment-provider processing times. Payment providers may require merchants to maintain and clearly disclose fair cancellation and refund policies.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an order is delivered with an incorrect item, damaged product, leakage, tampered packaging, or another qualifying problem, customers should contact us within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Make a video while opening the packet so that related problem may be ensured. Customers may be asked to provide the Order ID and clear photographs/video of the product, outer packaging, shipping label and relevant damage or defect so that the issue can be verified. Eligible cases may result in replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

12. Product Use and Wellness Information

Customers should use products only in accordance with their intended purpose, label instructions, directions, warnings and applicable professional advice. Information provided on our website regarding ingredients, traditional uses, nutrition, personal care or wellness is intended as general product information and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other relevant concerns should review the ingredients and seek appropriate professional advice before using a product where necessary. We do not guarantee that every product will produce identical results for every individual.

13. Intellectual Property

17. Promotions, Coupons and Discounts

Discount codes, promotional offers and special prices may be subject to specific eligibility conditions and validity periods. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined. We may withdraw or modify an offer prospectively, subject to applicable law. Fraudulent or unauthorised use of promotional benefits may result in cancellation of the affected transaction.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MIF Shuddh Bazar/MIF Greenlabs Technologies will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of products, failure to follow product instructions, unauthorised use of the customer's account/payment instrument, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or exclude liability or consumer rights where such restriction or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes relating to these Terms or transactions through MIF Shuddh Bazar shall be subject to the competent courts and authorities having jurisdiction in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India only. Nothing in this provision limits a consumer's statutory right to approach an appropriate consumer commission or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
